A panel of four middle grade authors talk about how setting can increase tension, add depth to plot, inform character development, and reflect young readers’ experiences. Five accomplished middle grade authors with diverse backgrounds will discuss approaches to using an unstable setting to connect with readers, and draw the interest of editors and agents.
